Warren Wood Country Park

The main living area, and kitchen, outside porch were clean and spacious. The main bedroom was very clean, tho a little small which was compensated for by the en-suite. The twin room was very clean and tidy

The single beds were not standard single size ( they were 2ft 6 inch) so were not suitable for teens being quite narrow, so more suitable for younger children,- this was not an issue for a short term stay but should be clarified in the chalet particulars

The setting was peaceful and pretty . The cabin was clean, modern and spacious.

Initial booking was great , then trouble with booking.com messaging . The links to the online booking in was a bit worrying as kept getting phishing notifications . The staff were great however and sent details and helped with the situation as best they could .

The location, cleanliness and easy check in. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. The cabins were lovely and spacious too.

No fans or air con so it was very hot at times.

Location was good property was good

Cleaniness was poor we had to sweep up leaves before using outside area also clean table outside due to ring marks soap rack was covered in soap/ grime hence we did not want use the shower there was excessive amount of dead flies/ mosquitos around each window area we felt the accommodation wasnt properly cleaned prior to our stay On leaving we went to deposit our rubbish in designated area, all bins were overflowing black bin bags all over floor several ripped open by birds or rats . due to the above i dont think it was good value for money
