Flat in Westminster

A localização é o ponto alto da acomodação. É perto de muitos pontos turísticos e de estação de metrô.

Éramos em 4 pessoas. Ao chegar na acomodação nenhuma das 3 camas estava com a roupa de cama completa. Não havia lençóis e fronhas extras. A lavadoura de roupas estava em atividade repleta de lençois e toalhas ainda molhados, os quais à noite precisamos usar o ferro de passar para secar e usá-los. O anfitrião foi comunicado e propôs enviar roupas de cama no dia seguinte, o que não resolveria o nosso problema para a primeira noite. Propôs ressarcimento da primeira noite e não cumpriu com o combinado.

The location is very central and you can get to all central attractions by foot. We arrived at midnight and were able to check-in easily. The kitchen has all the amenities you need if you need to cook something or make a coffee. The bathroom was ok.

The cleanliness of the place could have been better. The place smelled like mold. We are not very demanding with such stuff but in this case it was below expectations. We arrived at midnight and the place was cold and the bed sheets were not put on the mattress. Instead they were left hanging on the door. I don't think at that hour anyone would be happy to make their beds. Also, part of the carpet and some of the doors can benefit from replacing or repairing. To get a sense of reality, do the average between the official photos and ours.
