Too tight and 4 floors by stairs only

The location is nice and the compound facilities including the free car parking and the swimming pool

- The apartment is too tight, you can not bend in the bathroom - There is only one air conditioner in the living room - It is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator and it was not mentioned in Booking which they should make the accessibility information mandatory for any listed apartment

Sehr schlecht.

Das Bild entsprach nicht der Wohnung. Die Küche war viel kleiner. Die Wohnung war auch sehr schmutzig. Ich musste alles selber putzen. Da waren sehr viele Haare, benutze alte Pflaster und so weiter. Es war echt das letzte. Der Kühlschrank schien auch nicht so funktionieren. Alles war sehr klein. Die Dusche war fast zu klein um reinzupassen. Es war nicht die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Auf den Bildern war ein Ofen zu sehen und bei uns war keiner. Auf dem Bild war auch die Küche sehr groß und bei uns nicht. Die Fenster und Balkontür waren auch undicht. Es war so unfassbar kalt. Wir haben uns beschwert und es hieß wir können es stornieren, aber wir können ja nicht draußen auf der Straße schlafen. Aber für den Preis ist das ehrlich unverschämt. Der Wohnungspreis war online auch bei 690€ und es wurden 730€ kassiert. Es war das letzte.

Del soggiorno nulla.

Devi andare a prendere le chiavi a circa 10/15 minuti di macchina dalla struttura. Ti mandano un link in cui pagare o ti dicono che puoi pagare in contanti, ma se lo fai booking ti da problemi, la struttura fa' la comunicazione che il pagamento "non è riuscito" e dopo che hai completato il soggiorno lo "cancellano". Inoltre il divano letto è molto scomodo e l'appartamento ha molti problemi (ad esempio il wc perdeva acqua dalla base).

Quasi nulla

Avevamo chiesto un appartamentino x 6 persone. Ci è stato dato un ambiente unico, forse già adibito a locale commerciale . A piano terra e all’androne di un grande condominio. Vetrato e senza privacy. Che ci ha costretti a tenere sempre le tende tirate e quindi buio. Un unico letto matrimoniale. Un divano normale e due divanetti sgangherati e inclinati! Sporco e maleodorante.

Fajne, nowe mieszkanie, ale bez wyciszenia nie nadaje się do komfortowego pobytu.

Osiedle bardzo zadbane, baseny, teren i zieleń super. Czyste mieszkanie, wszystko nowe. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Bardzo głośne mieszkanie. Okna na całą ścianę. Jeśli chcesz mieć światło dzienne to wszyscy przechodnie Cie widzą. Brak akustycznej izolacji.
