Die schöne Terrasse hat für die außerhalb des Zentrums gelegene Lage entschädigt. Das Gebäude ist noch sehr neu, die Wohnung im 5. Stock ist per Aufzug gut erreichbar. Fanja hat uns einen Tiefgaragenplatz ohne zusätzliche Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt, der eine sehr enge Abfahrt in das 2. Untergeschoß hat. Wir waren über unseren Kleinwagen als Mietauto sehr glücklich.
Die Lage außerhalb des Zentrums hat eine 20 minütige Straßenbahnfahrt bedeutet.

L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. Ce séjour était un vrai plaisir. Merci également à Fanja et aux petites attentions qu’elle laisse dans l’appartement, c’est une agréable surprise.

L emplacement ainsi que la qualité du bien! Logement neuf et vraiment bien entretenu. L hote Fanja est vraiment au petits soins et se souci de votre bien être. La place de parking en sous sol est un vrai plus ! Cependant dant ne co vie t pas a des voitures de gabarit supérieur a des duster je pense. L.acces est un peu "etroit". Il faut donc être un conducteur assuré.
