Beautiful camping area, everything is done very stylishly with attention to detail. Beautiful terrace where it is very nice to sit in the evening. Beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. The kitchen has everything you need. Great barbecue area. The sea is a 5-minute walk away.

There is no washing machine. If there were at least washing machines in the common area, we could stay there for longer.

The style, the airconditioning, the facilities, the beds at the pool, Christina, right next to the “beach” (it’s Croatia so no sandy beaches), the view, the silence, the garden, it is just SO beautiful!! it is all BRAND new. Ricky and Christina make everything possible. Early check in, late check out, taking care of wounds etc. It is a little walk (15-20) to small harbour village Bibinje with many restaurants and locals offering uber to ce the of Zadar about 12-15 euro. Big spar supermarkets on 1km walk. We do not recommend re ting a scooter, we did and fell. Roads are really bad and not suitable for scooters. We see a lot of people on e-scooters/electric steps.could be handy.

A little far from Zadar, which is really vibrant and still small beach town. But uber/bolt made it easy. Having your own car is probably best, though parking in Zadar is paid in most places.

We had an amazing week at Olive & Sea Glamping! When we booked, there was only one review, but we decided to take a chance—and we’re so glad we did. The resort is brand new, beautifully set up, and exceeded all our expectations. The tents are spotless and very well equipped—with air conditioning, a hairdryer, towels, and even shampoo and shower gel provided. The kitchen area is cosy but practical, with a good-sized under-counter fridge, 4-ring hob, and a coffee machine with pods (extra pods available for purchase). We stayed in the medium-sized tent, which had a comfortable double bed downstairs and space for two upstairs. With our 2-year-old, we chose to have the kids sleep downstairs, which worked really well. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, and the pool was always clean, with extremely comfortable sun loungers—perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful, close to a rocky beach, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Bibinje for more restaurant options and some lovely shingle beaches. The host, Ricky, and manager, Christina, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

There’s still some development happening, and once the reception building and onsite catering are finished, the experience will be even better. However, loads of nearby restaurants, bars and two very close supermarkets in walking distance.

Une oasis reposante tout en douceur !

Un petit paradis où le temps s'arrête ! Merci Cristina pour ta disponibilité et tes conseils : plages vers Pakostan avec une mer magnifique, nous avons fait un stop pour déjeuner au D-mol7 à Sukosan, bar&burger, tout simplement excellent ! Equipements très utiles et jolis : serviettes de bain, mais aussi serviettes de piscine, liquide vaisselle, capsules de café etc .. . Certaines tentes donnent sur la piscine, ce qui nous a permis de surveiller les enfants. Zone barbecue très sympas et convivial ! Pas de bar sur place. Prévoir 5€ par jour pour le parking si on a une voiture. Merci

Alles was helemaal nieuw. De bedden waren heerlijk, airco erg fijn als het zo warm is. Douche goed, keuken prima. En dat allemaal op zo’n klein oppervlak.

Sorprendente sistemazione al di sopra delle nostre aspettative!

La struttura è fantastica , comoda pulita e ideale per i bambini . La piscina di fronte alla veranda mi permetteva di guardare le bambine nuotare dalla tenda. Pulitissima e con quasi tutti gli accessori utili. La zona barbecue l abbiamo utilizzata due sere ed molto accogliente e pulita ! Anche i giochi per i bambini sono piaciuti alle mie figlie . Per noi italiani avere una macchinetta del caffè è stato una bellissima sorpresa ! Lenzuola e asciugamani morbidi e freschi . Giardino curatissimo . Cristina simpatica e disponibile e parla un ottimo italiano

In cucina ci sono mancate le tazzine e lo scolapasta ma forse è in esigenza italiana . Anche una scopa in dotazione potrebbe essere utile . Aggiungerei qualche depliant per eventi /affitti e mappe della zona. Ma sono dettagli perché siamo stati veramente bene

O acampamento é novo e o jardim é bonito .

A tenda é um forno durante o dia , a piscina imunda e verde , não há área de sombra durante o dia , limpeza do apartamento com cabelo no lençol demonstrando que não houve troca de roupa de cama, falta de flexibilidade no check out, falta de respeito com os hóspedes, estacionamento fictício pois é um estacionamento no mato em lote próximo , barulho das tendas que são coladas umas às outras, falta de regras quanto a limpeza do apartamento , falta de respeito da gerente com o hóspede tratado como criminoso e se sentindo uma general. Decididamente péssimo lugar para passar suas férias

Wunderschöner Urlaub! Man konnte richtig entspannen. Klare Empfehlung :)

Es war alles perfekt! Hatte man ein Anliegen war am Tag immer jemand vor Ort. Es wurde jeden Tag gefragt ob es einem gut geht :) Das Resort is ganz neu und wirklich seeehr schön und ästhetisch. Es ist wirklich paradiesisch! Es wurde und auch gesagt, dass das Resort noch ausgebaut wird und es dann auch einen Wellnessbereich geben soll. Toll ist auch, dass man nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt ist.

Das ist nichts negatives aber man sollte im Hinterkopf haben, dass es eben Zelte sind in denen man wohnt und diese logischerweise nicht wirklich Geräusche abschirmen.

Kleiner Kiesstrand , sauber, schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, nur sehr überlaufen in der Saison , mit dem Leihwagen aber kein echtes Problem, viele schöne Buchten und Ziele unmittelbar erreichbar.

Alojamiento con encanto y buen lugar para descansar

La tienda es muy bonita, nueva y bien equipada, es un alojamiento muy agradable. La zona de la piscina esta muy bien y el alojamiento cuenta con parking y se puede ir andando a la playa. En coche al centro de Zadar son 15 minutos.

Si necesitas oscuridad para dormir la tienda no es la mejor opción, cuando amanece la luz entra directamente y en Croacia el sol se levanta pronto, por lo menos en julio sobre las 6:00 de la mañana. El coche es necesario para poder acercarse a los distintos sitios de interes.

Een klein stukje paradijs tussen de olijfbomen!

Heerlijke bedden, fijn zwembad met lekkere ligbedden. Centrale locatie op loopafstand van het strand en Bibinje en dichtbij andere steden. En de gezamenlijke bbq plaats is top!

Park is net twee maanden open, dus de puntjes op de i worden nog gezet. Tip: bezem of stoffer en blik bij de tent, droogrekje voor de natte spullen. En wellicht handig om een gezamenlijke vaatwasser bij de bbq plaats neer te zetten, voor extra luxe/comfort.

Für uns mit zwei Familien hätte der Aufenthalt nicht schöner sein können.

Die Anlage ist ein echtes Juwel: sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Überall blühen farbenfrohe Pflanzen, die dem Ort ein einladendes und mediterranes Flair verleihen. Auch die Inneneinrichtung überzeugt mit Charme – liebevoll dekoriert und mit kleinen Accessoires versehen, fühlt man sich sofort willkommen. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind modern und sauber; lediglich ein paar zusätzliche Haken zum Aufhängen wären praktisch. Im Außenbereich stehen mehrere Grillmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, die mit ausreichend Holz ausgestattet sind. Ein großer überdachter Tisch mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten lädt zu geselligen Abenden ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnliche Engagement des gesamten Teams und insbesondere des Chefs „Ricky“. Er ist regelmäßig persönlich vor Ort, arbeitet Seite an Seite mit seinem Team und hat stets ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen der Gäste. Besonders aufmerksam: Bei seinen privaten Einkäufen fragt Ricky nach Wünschen und bringt gerne etwas mit. Ein Service, den wir so noch nirgends gesehen haben. Die Anlage ist für maximal sieben Familien ausgelegt, was wir als großen Pluspunkt empfinden. Wer möchte, findet hier schnell Anschluss und neue Freunde. So kann es schonmal vorkommen, dass spontan ein Grillabenden stattfindet, bei denen Ricky verschiedene Gerichte und Getränke organisiert – ein echtes Highlight und eine schöne Gelegenheit andere Gäste kennenzulernen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, von denen einige sogar fußläufig erreichbar sind. Besonders sehenswert ist die Altstadt von Zadar – lebendig, charmant und voller enger Gassen, gemütlicher Lokale und einladender Außenterrassen mit mediterranem Flair. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die beiden wunderschönen Sandstrände „Bilotinjak-Strand“ und „Kraljičina plaža“. Sie sind zwar nur mit dem Auto erreichbar (oder günstig mit Uber), bieten aber traumhafte Kulissen und laden zum Entspannen und Baden ein.

Die gesamte Anlage wurde erst vor wenigen Wochen fertiggestellt. Aufgrund eines Softwarefehlers wurden die Unterkünfte jedoch anfangs deutlich zu früh auf Booking gelistet, was zu einigen organisatorischen Herausforderungen führte. Dies führte verständlicherweise dann auch zu einem negativen Bewertung. Aus unserer Sicht sind solche Vorkommnisse jedoch gerade bei einem neu in Betrieb genommene Anlage normal, da viele Abläufe sich erst einspielen müssen. Einige Kleinigkeiten wären in Zukunft jedoch sinnvoll, wie zum Beispiel Fußabtreter vor den Zelten und Besen, Kehrer und Kehrschaufel in den unterkünften. Ansonsten nochmals vielen Dank an alle, die sich hervorragend um uns und den anderen Gästen gekümmert haben. Liebe Güße!

Geweldig, zeer aan te bevelen!

Luxe, met oog voor detail ingerichte tenten. De locatie is net open en het is prachtig opgezet. Aardige eigenaren, comfortabele bedden en meubilair om op te loungen, alles in de keuken aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en heerlijke ligbedden bij het zwembad. Bibinje is op loopafstand met wat leuke restaurantjes. Zadar bereik je met de auto en vonden we erg leuk. Een snorkel boottrip was een leuke activiteit met de kinderen. We vonden deze locatie een mega aanrader!

Alles was perfect. Klein puntje van feedback: We misten een droogrek voor kleding op handwasjes. Kon wel over de balustrade van de tent, maar was handig geweest.
