I liked the fact that the apartment is located in a relatively quiet location.

I have no complaints, maybe the fact that they have an old coffee machine in the apartment and the front beach is rocky may be a problem for some people.

5/5! Amazing place and a great host!

The apartment is nicely designed, clean and well equipped. The kitchen allows you to make a full dish if you wish 😃 The view from the BIG terrace couldn’t be better, blue sky and sea. And the private amazing Hot Tub! Nothing better than relaxing in hot water after a long day of walking, with the sound of waves! There is a private concrete entrance to the water, where you can relax without the crowd. It’s harder to find a good restaurant around off-season, but wont be a problem in season, with nice places with seafood near the beach. There are smaller shops around and big supermarket Spar. Contact with Bozena (the host) was via whatsupp, fast and informative. The area is nice and calm, the experience here was MUCH better than staying in crowded Zadar. Few days spent in Bininje made us relaxed and really content! Highly recomend the place as well as the amazing host!

Amazing lodging area right at the shore of the Adriatic Sea! Shady in summers, sunny in winters!

This apartment has an excellent location - right at the shore of the Adriatic Sea! The greatest thing about it is the terrasse/lodging area - it is absolutely amazing! An outstanding view over the sea, comfortable furniture - and the best thing: In the summer, the area is shaded, and during winter time it is full of sun. And! It has a jacuzzi - where you can keep warm during chilly winter evenings while you watch the sun set over the sea. So - if you are looking for the ideal place for a getaway where you can relax - don't hesitate to book! Last but not least - the hostess Bozena is so friendly, helpful and always available if you have any questions. Will definitely come back!

Favourite place

Perfect location. Very quiet neighborhood ideal for relaxation. Apartment was ideal in every way, new fully equiped in perfect conidtion . View from the terrace was stunning, spending there time and listening to the sea was remarkable . On the balcony there is large jacuzzi which was perfect for evenings(not only) to warm up and enjoy view of the sea. House has own beach, which was superb to spend time at. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided by the Owner. We traveled without car but location of Aqua was ideal for all sightseeing that we wanted to do. Restaurants, bakeries and shopping mall are located 10 minute walk away from the house. The Owner is one of the best host that we ever experienced, the most friendly and always helpfull. We will definitely come back

It is perhaps the best place in Bibinje when considered it is a new, modern house right at the water line. Huge jacuzzi is perfect for cooler nights in September/October. The view, the terrace, everything is perfect. The hosts speak english perfectly and helped us when we could not buy a swimming mattress.

Exceptional

We rented an apartment with terrace and jacuzzi. We loved the view, apartment was very clean. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. We enjoyed the early morning swims in the calm sea, and then relaxing in the hot jacuzzi. Watching sunsets from this big terrace was perfect. Across the house is also a parking space. Božena and her family are very nice and caring. (Thank you Božena for everything, we will definitely come back again!)

Too bad it doesn't have a washing machine, but overall it was perfect. :)

Best in Bibinje

Dear Aqua! You were one of the best place what i ever rent from booking. First of all, really friendly owner! Good location in Bibinje, silent street and no horrific car traffic. Everything is brand new, stylish as in the picture (the rooms and beds is sooo comfortable and huge) fresh, clean and my favorite was a sea view from the diningroom and terrace. Not least my own beach under the terrace is good too, we loved because we didnt have to share it with anyone.

The house was perfectly clean, with really enough towels for 6 people. Wifi without any issue during the whole stay, air conditionning in living room as well. Sea view magnificient! Bozena was nice and helpful but we did not need any extra services or advices.

Photos of the beach differs from reality, there were small "rocks" between the beach and the sea. So with small children it was not easy - still on guard...

Kényelmes, kellemes, valóban tengerparti szállás. Eddigi legkellemesebb nyaralásom volt.

Tágas terek, teljesen felszerelt, mind a konyha, mind a fürdőszoba. Ami lényeges volt számunkra, a kényelmes ágyak. A hálószobák északi fekvésűek, ezért mindig kellemes hőmérséklet volt bennük. A nappali, étkező világos, nagy elhúzható üvegajtókkal. Mintha közvetlen a tengerparton étkeztünk volna. A strandoláshoz minden adott volt, napozóágyak, napernyők és a felfújható vizi dolgokhoz pumpa. A szállásadó rendkívül figyelmes, fontos volt számára, hogy minden körülményt megteremtsen számunkra a legjobb nyaralási élményhez.
