Close to the beach, nice swimming pools

It’s a little far away from a supermarket when you’re not with a car. But the host was really nice to bring us (and our kids) pizza’s when we arrived late in the evening. This made us feel really special and we appreciated a lot!

Stylish and clean appartments near the sea

Comfortable, bright, stylish and super clean appartments, perfect location, few minutes walk from the beach. Safe theritory and parking, two pools in backyard. Air condicioniers were in all rooms. Nikolina was very friendly and responsible. Easy check in, easy to find.

There were no toiletries (shampoo or shower gel) and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, sugar or paper towel. I'm always happy to find these items when I stay for one or two nights. But everything else in the appartment was great.

Quiet stop after a crowded stay in Zadar

Very nice check in. The apartment was very clean and the location near a small beach is perfect.

Description says private pool (especially for the lux apartment), but it is a shared pool with other apartments. No problem, but it should be clear.

Good place to stay as a family

Access to 2 pools, one with warm water. Really close to the sea, Sun Resort Nikolina is situated in the second row of houses looking from the sea. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Very fast answers for all the questions per SMS. In our apartment we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big balcony with garten furniture. Parking place big enough to park the car at any time of the day.

There could be some aside light in the main room, maybe one or two smaller lamps with not so strong light would be perfect.

We had a good time in this property, I can reccomend it to families and group of friends.

There was only 1 key to the property and the apartmants, which could make trouble when you travel by a group.

The beach is a minute walk from the apartment. You can watch the sea from the balcony. Every room has AC. The apartment is modern and well furnished.

Lovely host. Beautiful modern flat. Seems to be purpose-built, with a reception desk and professional cleaners. The pool looked amazing, but we were hungry and tired after a long day of hiking so didn't go down.

The flat overlooks a campground, which was pretty rowdy and loud until quite late.

A true family experience

Nikolina and her family took care of us like we were one of them. They were so helpful and kind. The accommodation is brand new, with everything you need to fully relax and enjoy your stay.
