Great stay for a group/family

Overall very good, just some areas could do with a bit of an upgrade such as some of the bathrooms. Still were very clean though and not a major issue.

Very good

The villa is beautiful and really nice designed,there is plenty of space,private swimming pool and jacuzzi.the owner is really very kind and nice,she brought us fresh fruit and even pancakes for all of us for breakfast.that really impressed us and it was a lovely family touch.she treated us really nicely.the sea is 100 m from the villa,however the beach there is not so nice,so that was quite disappointing,we expected anything else.so we were going to the main beach which was 800 m far from there.we walked there but there is also a parking place near the beach.the air-condition was in every bedroom and in the living room,we really appriciated that.we could also use the washing machine.we had lots of fresh towels for all the stay.

The furniture was not as new as we expected,but still very comfy. The main beach was further than we wanted.

Unser Aufenthalt war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit fantastischer Lage, sauberem Haus.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die erstklassige Lage des Hauses, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Die saubere und gepflegte Anlage vermittelte uns sofort ein Gefühl von Entspannung und Komfort. Es gab genügend Platz für unsere große Familie, und die vielen Badezimmer sorgten dafür, dass wir uns morgens nicht in die Quere kamen. Die beiden Parkplätze waren äußerst praktisch und erleichterten uns die Anreise erheblich. Die Grillmöglichkeit und der Whirlpool waren regelrechte Highlights unseres Urlaubs, die wir ausgiebig nutzten. Der Pool inklusive Liegemöglichkeiten bot uns die perfekte Gelegenheit, die Sonne zu genießen und uns zu erholen. Die Klimaanlage in fast jedem Raum sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen und ermöglichte uns erholsame Nächte. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und bemühten sich außerordentlich, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Ihre herzliche Art und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die gut ausgestatteten Küchen waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt, der uns das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten sehr erleichterte. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus ein voller Erfolg, und wir sind begeistert von den vielen positiven Aspekten, die uns geboten wurden. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Obwohl unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus insgesamt großartig war, gab es leider auch einige Aspekte, die uns nicht vollständig zufriedenstellen konnten. Insbesondere im Keller-Schlafzimmer fehlten sowohl eine Klimaanlage als auch ein Ventilator, was bei den warmen Temperaturen zu einer unangenehmen Schlafumgebung führte. Auch im Dachterrassen-Schlafzimmer gab es Probleme, da es keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung gab und die Toilette sehr schmal war, was für einige von uns als unbequem empfunden wurde. Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns etwas enttäuscht hat, war der Zustand einiger Kochutensilien. Einige davon waren stark abgenutzt und beeinträchtigten ihre Funktionalität, was das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten erschwerte. Die Kaffeemaschine war zudem nicht optimal, da sie sehr lange durchlief und für eine große Familie nicht ideal war. Etwas ärgerlich war auch, dass der Fernseher nicht richtig funktionierte, wodurch wir das geplante Fernseherlebnis nicht vollständig genießen konnten. Das Internet bzw. Wifi war teilweise langsam oder gar nicht verfügbar, was für uns als moderne Reisende, die oft online sind, eine Herausforderung darstellte. Trotz dieser Mängel möchten wir betonen, dass die positiven Aspekte überwogen und unser Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm und bereichernd war. Wir hoffen, dass diese Kritikpunkte dazu beitragen können, dass die Gastgeber das Ferienhaus weiter verbessern und den zukünftigen Gästen einen noch angenehmeren Aufenthalt ermöglichen.

Jeszcze tam wrócę

Dom bardzo przestronny, czysty i zadbany. Mogliśmy spędzać czas na pobliskiej plaży, jak również w domu na tarasie lub przy basenie. Blisko Zadaru oraz niedaleko do lotniska. Jeśli ktoś lubi gotować lub grillować na wakacjach znajdzie do tego potrzebny sprzęt i wyposażenie.
