Place was calm and quiet and beautiful
We didn’t have basic amenities. Didn’t have bath soap or shampoo. Fire pit was shown in the pictures and at the past moment said it was not available. It also mentioned about wood being complimentary but it wasn’t provided/ canceled. The images had TV and all but the place actually doesn’t have. Also drinking water was not provided even though its mentioned the tap water is not suitable for drinking. Staff wont pickup calls. Shower was broken and was missing tap handles

The cottage. Very cozy and spacious.
Wifi was never available. Was told by office people that it usually never works. Also, parking was extremely inconvenient and far. Since snow was not cleared uphill, as well as all around the property, multiple cars got stuck in the snow as a result, causing delays checking in for all of us. A very chaotic and unacceptable situation.
