Washroom lock was not working properly, there was snow and black ice right in front of the main door and it was slippery

TV not working, requested Remote as well as Fans in the Bedrooms, but did not get any response.

The cottage is located in a beautiful location in front of a lake, the cottage architecture is beautiful, it was equipped with the essentials. It has all you need in the kitchen. Hand soap and dishwasher was provided. The people who work there were kind and helpful.
The cottage didnt have a chimney; the space for it is ready, but it is missing. The cottage only has electric heating, and it makes it cold. We visited in March, but the temperature was -6. The bathroom didnt have heating, the bed sheets, towels and furniture were old, and the water is not drinkable. so it makes it challenging.
