There was plenty of hot water and sufficient towels. The washing machine was easy to figure out and worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking implements, spices and oils. The bed was comfy and there were four pillows. Terry cloth robes were provided which was a real plus. The location was excellent with a metro station less than 10 minutes, grocery stores nearby, pharmacies close by. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The duomo square was about 15 minutes. Big dining table a plus.
The stairs were very steep and the handrail wasn’t continuous. Working the microwave was not intuitive so we should have asked.
