Exceptional apartment with some of the best views in St. Ives. The top-floor location provides spectacular panoramic views across St. Ives, the harbor, and the Atlantic Ocean from multiple large windows and two outdoor decks. The views alone make this place special. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, scrupulously clean, and feels almost new. Large living room and kitchen area with a very well-designed kitchen for cooking. Comfortable king bed, two bathrooms, and excellent showers. The designated parking space in the building garage was a huge advantage since parking in St. Ives can be difficult. Elevator access also made transporting luggage easy. Location is excellent — only a few minutes walk into the center of St. Ives for restaurants, pubs, shops, and the harbor. The owner was highly engaged and responsive throughout my stay and made sure everything went smoothly. This apartment is a true gem with unrivaled views and location in St. Ives. An outstanding value and highly recommended.

Very conveniently located with fabulous views. The flat everything we needed to have a lovely few days in St Ives.

As we were warned, the parking is very tight especially if others have not been considerate in the way that they have parked. Once we were in though it was fine
