Wonderful views, useful lift to the apartment. Good having a parking space.
Hooks for coats would be useful. Casserole dish and a mixing bowl would be good. Kitchen paoer towels needed.

Hervorragende Lage; tolle Aussicht bei jedem Wetter. Sehr gute Ausstattung; geräumige Wohnküche. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss unten im Städtchen, wo man gerne ein paar Abende geniesst.
Einziges, aber fettes Problem: Der Garagenplatz… schwierig zum Einparkieren, man muss x mal manövrieren, so eng ist der Raum. Das gleiche dann bei der Ausfahrt… (und wir hatten keinen grossen Wagen, nur einen Peugeot 2008)

Clean. Very central. Dual aspect over beach one side and harbour the other. 2 balconies, spacious apartment.
No welcome basket / no coffee. Just half a box of tea, oil, salt and pepper
