Poor, would not return.

Location was convenient for our trip.

Wind blowing through top of doors in master bedroom, making it feel very cold unless the heating was turned up; which is very wasteful. Thin, summer duvet. Thin old pillows. Squeaking from window area in living area that was constant. Both toilet roll holders and towel holder in bathrooms hanging off walks. Cracked window pane in bathroom. Very uncomfortable plastic chairs. Dirty tablecloth. Glass door to living room that surely cannot be legal? Not one cupboard for food, we ate out! Terrible WiFi, with what we assume was booster equipment propped up on a book on the window cill. With bad weather would have been good to have a smart tv. Luckily we were only there for a couple of days for planned appointments and we visit St Ives every 4/6 weeks. Wouldn’t return to Waves and would not recommend it unfortunately.

Lovely apartment with great view.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with great view and centrally located. Good facilities provided, and tastefully decorated. The agents were responsive.

There were a few details that required attention: the hairdryer didn't function, but then, on the last day, I discovered another one! Batteries needed for the TV remote and the kitchen clock, but if you're on holiday you shouldn't be watching TV OR the clock, so no worries. I would have liked to have seen a gas safety certificate displayed somewhere.

It just needs a little bit of TLC in a few places eg bedroom door handle was loose and toilet seat but nothing major

The circular staircase should be highlighted. The infirm would find it hazardous especially with luggage. Small suggestion: oven gloves would be a good addition to the kitchen

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Great views. Everything well provided - the cream tea was an unexpected delight!

Just a small matter, when we arrived, we searched for some time for Apartment 5, then realised that the sign we both thought said "Waves" actually said "Wave5", this could be made clearer

Great location for a break right at the heart of St Ives

Location was ideal and the apartment was great, had everything you'd need for a short break. Nice touch to include some scones, jam and cream

Could have identified the lack of parking in the area in advance to plan for it - there is a long stay car park immediately opposite the apartment, but a lot of the spaces are reserved for others in advance, and often queue for over 30 minutes to find a space

Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Auch der Blick entspricht genau der Realität. Das schöne ist, das man in beide Buchten von St Ives schauen kann. Allgemein die Lage ist super für St Ives, um alles fußläufig super zu erreichen und auch einen Parkplatz findet man immer auf dem öffentlichen Platz direkt gegenüber. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es gibt alles mögliche an Töpfen, Geschirr, Schüsseln etc. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist auch nicht hellhörig, wir haben kein einziges Mal von irgendwelchen Nachbarn mitbekommen.

Es wäre schön, wenn es andere Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern gäbe, um die Zimmer abdunkeln zu können. Die ein oder andere Schönheitsreparatur könnte vorgenommen werden ☺️
