About this apartment rental
SeaCrest 2 is a stylish top floor two-bedroom apartment set over two floors with views across Porthmeor. With on-site parking for one car this apartment is a perfect location to explore the cobbled streets of St Ives with its cafes, restaurants and art galleries.
The open plan living dining kitchen area has ample seating including a large swivel chair in the bay window with views out to the sea. A flat screen TV with BT Vision and DVD player are provided. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There is also a cloakroom on this level.
Both bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and wonderful views across Porthmeor beach and Clodgy View. The second bedroom is fitted with a zip and link bed which can be configured as a king size bed or two single beds. This bedroom also benefits from sea views, this time looking out across the bay towards Gwithian and the Godrevy Lighthouse. Both bedrooms have a TV and DVD player. The family bathroom also located on this floor has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Once inside the building, there is a further two sets of stairs consisting of fifteen steps to access the first floor.

SeaCrest 2 is in a great location just a few minutes from the center of town. It was clean and comfortable with great views and had all the conveniences we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.
