4 Sunday School Court

The location was 10/10. Right in the centre of town, 1 minute away from the Co-Op and 2 mins away from the main shopping street and the promenade. It is quiet, we did not hear a peep from the other apartments. It was tidy and well presented. In addition, there was a washer/dryer available that wasn’t in the listing, so that was a pleasant surprise for a week long stay with child. Self-access to the property was super easy.

Not great with a car - I understand there is no parking onsite, and this was not a problem as there are multiple car parks around St Ives in minutes walking distance. The challenge was, the property is really difficult to get to by car at all. Narrow, super steep and one way, can be challenging. We stayed for a week with a child and lots of luggage, so for the arrival and departure we needed to have to car there. We managed it, but just a heads up to others! Cleanliness - although the property was tidy and well presented, a little bit of deep cleaning under/behind the beds would be good. We also got the vacuum out one day to vacuum up some sand, and the head was absolutely disgusting covered in dust and hair. WiFi - anyone that’s been to St Ives before will know that it’s a bit of a dead zone for internet data with the hills and valleys, so on day 1 we tried to connect to the WiFi but it wouldn’t work. I emailed asking if we could get this fixed, and the response was that the property wasn’t listed with WiFi as a facility and they can’t help us. Now this is a bit ridiculous, in this day and age, and especially in a data dead zone, we expected wifi to come with the apartment. I went back and looked at the listing, and wifi was not there, however, it wasn’t specifically called out in the listing that it wouldn’t be provided! My feedback would be that you explicitly say in your listing no wifi. I appreciate they haven’t done this because people might not want to stay there. So you’ve been warned!!!
