Quiet location and handy for Nottingham and surrounding areas.
Kitchen well equipped with nearly everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of towels.
Nice comfortable settee in lounge. Large TV.
Comfy bed.
Off street parking.
You could hear the neighbours child banging around and shouting. Not too bad in the day and early evening, but annoying at 7am every morning!!
Upstairs TV has a broken screen (but still watchable) and the freezer was iced up (not used anyway) -- both these were mentioned in a review from earlier this year!
Inside just needs a bit of touching up with paint here and there.
Lots of weeds in the front garden path. Not a good first impression.

Narrow driveway.
Some instant coffee would have been appreciated on arrival or even a tea bag ! No drinks supplied.
