Oliver 501

Great location, centrally located and two minutes from the train station. Many restaurants around the area and not very noisy at night. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and inside a small, but modern building.

This property would be a 10/10, however the biggest issue was the two very bright emergency exit signs inside the studio apartment. We only noticed how bright these signs were once we turned off the lights to go to sleep and felt like we were in a neon night club. One sign is over the front door and drivers faces both beds, the other sign illuminates the second half of the apartment. The property manager said these signs are city mandated and cannot do anything about them. You either have to be a heavy sleeper, not bothered by lights when sleeping, or wear a sleep mask.

Location: super close to Akasak-Mitsuki station. Appearance: Brand new and super clean. Amenities: kitchen, dishes, cleaning utensils and supplies, Toilet Paper, bins to sort trash, comfortable beds, shower soap/shampoo, iron, wash machine, everything!

Rented both 501 and 502; 501 has a more space - better layout. Slept 1 adult and 1 teen in each room. 4 adults would be tight IMO. Ceiling exit lights made it feel like I am sleeping in a corporate hallway. TV said something about antenna - didn’t work, but we were also too tired to ask. I should have asked.
