It was a very spacious flat with excellent facilities in a great location. The decor was simple but tasteful and the furniture was comfortable and practical. Communication with the owner was good, when needed.
The warm water took some time to come through, which is probably a general issue with shared heating. The building common parts were poor e.g. the lighting didn’t work so I had to use my phone to go up the stairs and the lift didn’t seem to work consistently.
