Great apartment in a great location. Very easy check-in and check-out. The host even let us check-out later without additional charge which was very kind from their side.
My only suggestion is to add a thicker curtain in the bedroom. The current curtain does not cover the sunlight at all, so the room was super bright at 6am. Could be solved with an eyemask if you have it (we didn't, unfortunately) - so not a big deal.

Small unassuming apartment on the 6th floor, with great view from the balcony towards Vitosha mountain. Kitchenette, washing machine and other amenities are usable. Great location close to Vitosha Boulevard.
Bathroom clearly needs maintenance and some repairs. The toilet has appearance as it has never been fully flushed, the bathtub is leaking so there's constantly water on the floor after shower. The on-wall heating battery is only half-functional. WiFi was disconnected one day with the message that the bill wasn't paid. Although the landlord quickly fixed the issue.
