Nightmare stay and owner in Kołobrzeg

The bed was comfortable.

The building was hard to locate. The "directions" provided lead us to a different building. When we contacted the owner about the entry codes he was extremely rude to my partner and stated he had sent an email and hung up on her. I speak English, not Polish. When we found the room the hallway was dark with a moldy smell and peeling wallpaper. The room was extremely cold when we arrived and the radiators were cold. We turned up the radiators and waited for heat, there was none. We figured out that the air conditioning unit had heat. It was in the corner of the room but could not heat the tiled bathroom on the other side of the room. The WiFi password provided on the printout in the room didn't work. The name of the proper network was not listed. We sent a message through Booking, because my partner didn't want to talk to this person again. We were sent a message with a completely different password after having spent so much time trying to type in the wrong one. Surprise, "connected with no internet". We went to shower and there was no hot water. We had to figure out how to turn on the water heater. We left for our first day without a shower after hours of traveling. When we contacted the owner again about the internet we were told he was sending someone to fix it. We were only staying one more night so it was without internet access. When we returned to the building in the evening there was no outside light to see the unlit keypad to enter the building. The bathroom was so cold and the shower shelf was missing.. I sent the owner a message the next day through Booking and told him the room was unacceptable and I would be leaving appropriate feedback. I was amazed when he replied "I can refund you 200 PLN for a 10-star review". Now I know why this person has so many good reviews. This wasn't even the cost of one of the two nights. If I can make at least one person steer clear of these properties it is worth it.

Pobyt udany pomimo małych minusów

Wyposażenie apartamentu ponad standard niż w innych podobnych obiektach, w których nocowaliśmy.

Na dzień dobry niemiła niespodzianka. Obiekt nie był posprzątany po poprzednich wynajmujących ale po rozmowie z obsługą i krótkim naszym wyjściu na miasto i powrocie obiekt był już wysprzątany. Kolejna rzeczą był brak centralnego ogrzewania zastępował go klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania, czyli nieustanny szum. dawała radę ale praktycznie cały czas była na chodzie. Niestety w łazience z powodu braku ogrzewania nie było komfortowo po kąpieli. Obiekt raczej na lato

Dobry na krótki pobyt

Dobra lokalizacja, wyposażony apartament, ogrzewanie od klimatyzatora wystarczające, woda ogrzewana bojlerem, który trzeba samodzielnie włączyć i nagrzać. Parking płatny za dobę 30 zł, ale niestrzeżony.

Brak internetu, WiFi nie łączyło również w telewizorze. Jedna koldra na dwie osoby.

Serdeczne Pozdrowienia dla właściciela i podziękowania za udostępnienie apartamentu znacznie wcześniej.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Po raz pierwszy spaliśmy z żoną w tak wygodnym łóżku. Było jak w domu. Bardzo dobry kontakt i wspaniała obsługa z właścicielem oraz miła niespodzianka od właściciela. Gorąco polecam.

Parkování a městcký poplatek.Za parkování se musí platit 60zl za den a poplatek městu za tři osoby na dvě noci stojí 177zl to jsou poměrně velké částky k ceně ubytování.Nikde se o tak velkém poplatku nepíše ani na stránkách u rezervace,tam je částka podstatně nižší cca 38zl za dva dni.

Gospodarze uczynni, mili, sympatyczni. Pokój czysty, przestrzenny, wygodne łóżko. Aneks kuchenny bardzo dobrze wyposażony. W apartamencie śmiało można przebywać na dłuższym wypoczynku z rodziną. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży.

Das stimmet war um 15:30 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Danke für den Prosecco🙃. Der Wasserhahn in der Küchenzeile hat in einer Tour gelaufen. Die Parkgebühren kommen oben drauf. Ist auch ein Kostenfaktor. Es war aber alles sauber.

Cicha okolica, apartament zadbany, miły upominek na powitanie od właściciela.

Mały minusik za to, że nie było balkonu i za lodówkę, która co chwilę się odmrażała.
