Cheap, amazing facilities, close to everything you need

The only thing I wish was there was more capacity for the pools and saunas. We didn’t get to enjoy it at all because they were always full when we tried to go

Enjoyed my stay at the Baltini Premium Apartment.

Very nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Basics - like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. were provided which was very nice and thoughtful.

Lack of small night table for reading glasses, book, telephone, etc. and a full size mirror at the entrance.

Modern and comfortable apartment, perfect for a small family.

The apartment is quite modern and located in a completely new building complex. It also has an underground garage available, so there is no need to look for parking spaces outside. The apartment is well equipped with everything which is needed for daily life, including all kitchen appliances and a washing machine, TV, etc. Just everything which a small family needs. A big plus of our apartment was that it had a nice garden with outdoor furniture, mostly appreciated by our small daughter. The location is a bit outside the city center, but we could reach a promenade and the sea in more less 5-10 minutes of walking. There are also a lot of playgrounds available if somebody has kids.

Could be located a bit closer to the city center, it wasn't an issue for us though, as we still had good access to the sea and restaurants in the area.

Apartament super wyposażony, wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Dwie łazienki na duży plus. Ogromny stół, który pomieści większą grupę. Dostęp do rewelacyjnej restauracji i basenu przez obiekt, można iść w kapciach. Położenie bardzo fajne, blisko do morza jak i do centrum.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super, Einchecken super . Die Einrichtung war sehr gut, modern eingerichtet. Da kan man es gut aushalten. Kommen gerne wieder. Kann man gut empfehlen. Appartement war ruhig, man könnte gut chillen und das war das Ziel.

Die Matratzen im Bett waren leider sehr weich, aber das ist ja oft so. Wenn man gerne härter schläft, war es sehr weich

Ein wirklich tolles wunderschönes Apartment.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Groß, sehr toll ausgestattet ,von der Küche bis Bad. Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, alles für kleine Kinder vorhanden. Wunderschön gestaltet und tolle Farben. Möbel auf dem Balkon zum verweilen. Einfach wirklich perfekt.

Es war alles da was man braucht um sich zu versorgen. Könnten alles nutzen , ob Pool oder Fitnessraum. Apartment war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Zu weiche Betten, ist aber Geschmackssache.

Die Unterkunft an sich war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten völlig in Ordnung. Nur das drum herum ließ zu wünschen über.

Das es einen Indoorpool und eine Sauna hatte. Bei Anliegen wurde reagiert.

Armaturen an der Badewanne waren locker, Spiegel waren nicht richtig geputzt, Putzutensilien waren kaputt, Couch war sehr fleckig. Täglich Morgens schon Lärm von Baggern die Beton auf LKW‘s geladen haben.

Nowy, ładny, czysty, nowoczesny nieduży apartament 20a/10. Niedaleko morza, gdzie plażą, w zakresie spaceru jest latarnia. Basen, sauna, siłownia. Z pobytu w obiekcie byliśmy zadowoleni. Ogólnie polecam.

40 zł/doba za pieska 40 zł/doba parking. Podziemny parking trochę ciasny. Brak recepcji powoduje trochę zabawy podczas zakwaterowania.

Ładny schludny apartament, położony blisko plaży. W budynku obok zabka- bardzo oblegana, restauracja. Ogólnie wyposażenie dobre. Są leżaki i parawan.

1. Brak mikrofalówki 2 brak przestrzegania zakazu palenia i ciszy nocnej przez innych, którzy mieszkali w apartamentach obok 3. Bardzo mały basen- na zdjęciach i w opisie tego nie ma, ale limit osob na basenie to45, przy tej powierzchni brak możliwości plywania przy tylu osobach, 5 leżaków na basenie na wszystkich.

Nie mogłam rozpakować bagażu, półki w szafie zaczynały się na wysokości ok1.5m i wzwyż, nie było żadnej komody z szufladami,za duże meble jak na taki mały metraż

Bardzo przestronny apartament, duża sypialnia. Blisko do plaży i deptaka. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Duży balkon.

Mały minus za brak deklarowanego ekspresu do kawy na kapsułki (które celowo zakupiliśmy). W kuchni był ekspres przelewowy.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, der Service war hervorragend (immer erreichbar etc.), die Lage toll (nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand) und der Wellnessbereich auch sehr toll für groß und klein.

Wenn man länger bleibt als ein paar Tage und das zu viert, wird es eventuell zu eng/ kleine. Aber abgesehen davon gibt es gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Es hatte eine schöne große Terasse. Schöner Pool/Saunabereich. Ein schöner Spieleraum für Kinder. Im dazugehörigen Nachbargebäude befindet sich ein gutes Restaurant und ein Minimarkt.

Leider lag unsere Unterkunft direkt an einer ziemlich stark befahrenen Straße. Die Couch könnte erneuert werden, da sich der Kunstleder-Bezug schon stark ablöst. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Couch für kleine Kinder in Ordnung. Aber wenn man länger bleiben möchte und größere Kinder hat, ist diese ziemlich unbequem.

In den Zimmern hängen Boxen/Lautsprecher und durch die gab es 2x früh morgens irgendwelche Durchsagen 📢 wovon man aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde.
