Normal Apartment for Couples, Not Family-Friendly

The light in the apartment was great; it was bright in the evening. The rooms are quite big, and there is enough space to put your things. The dining table is large and comfortable.

If you're staying as a couple, the bed is fine — it's similar to those in many other hotels. But if you're traveling with kids, the situation is different. There's an old, uncomfortable couch for them, as you can see in the photos. I believe that if an apartment advertises itself as suitable for families with children, the sleeping arrangements should be comfortable — not with sagging 'waves' under their backs. The couch pillows should be replaced, or at least a mattress topper should be provided. It's really unacceptable for guests. Unfortunately, the owner said nothing can be done and that all rooms are the same, so don't expect to get lucky with a different one.

Not so bad but....

Excellent location, very close to the sea. Clean and cosy

There is a problem with a free parking space for guests. We did not get a king-sized bed in our apartment. Instead, two single beds joined together, which was a bit problematic. All of the additional attractions in the hotel were charging an additional fee. The bathroom was missing fundamental cleaning products like shampoo or shower gel.

BAD

When we arrived at the Hotel, we were informed, that we had booked e private room inside the hotel. This was not clear in the Booking.Com information. We were told at the hotel reception, that the hotel was not responsible for anything related to the room. We had to contact the owner of the room when we found, that the door lock was damaged. It was resolved, that the door could be opened, and closed with a regular key, overriding the normal electronic lock, but the security latch did not work. The room needed a renovation badly. The wallpaper came off the wall at some points, on light bulb did not work, keeping the wardrobe in darkness.. The internet was very weak. and stopped working completely from time to time. Every service in the hotel,such as garage, pool et al had to be paid extra, and was not cheap. There was no regular room housekeeping. Whenever anything was needed, it had to be requested especially. No room cleaning during the six days, we staid at the place There is no comfortable lobby, and the cafe, which was only open at irregular hours, was uncomfortable, and badly furnished, with only a VERRY limited supply of food and drinks. Definitely not 4 Star quality! We felt miserable during the whole stay.

I like the space in the apartment, the air and walking on the beach.

The good thing is the space is in the apartment which is decent however thats where the good ends. The terrible things outweigh the good. The sofa’s fabric is so scuffed there are visible holes. The bedroom window blinds don’t open, there are TV brackets left where the TV should be in the bedroom, the internet is terrible, don’t plan on watching anything you need internet for. Additionally, the kitchen cabinet lights don’t work, making it hard to prepare food as that’s the only light source in there. These things are can be easily rectified yet they are left undone and make the stay extremely uncomfortable.

Cheated on the booking

Good area close to the beach and walking distance to town.

We were cheated on our booking. We thought we booked with the hotel but instead booked with a private condo owner. Apparently a part of the hotel has been converted into private condos. There was nowhere to be read about it in the booking. This meant that we didnät have access to the regular hotel services like cleaning. Right outside the hotel was a big construction site which was noisy from early morning well into the evening, even on saturday. The room was very hot and there was no ac. We didn't have a good time there. We wish for a part refund of our stay.

Big studio apartment but badly organized and poorly decorated.

Comfortable beds, warm room, balcony. Quick Wi-Fi.

Communication with the host was quite poor. Only just before the arrival time I received a message about the key. Room is big and has a kitchenette but is missing a proper table and chairs to eat at and more desk space for work is needed. Lighting is extremly poor and the carpet is all covered in stains. It really needs changing. The room has very poor decor - brown and beige empty walls and the dirty old carpet is making it look like a prison. Big studio apartment but badly organized and poorly decorated.

Great stay, nice place

Nice apartment/room, very clean, with everything we needed. Great location, a few minutes from the beach and promenade. The hotel itself is good, big breakfast buffet and great pool/spa (just bear in mind it's a private rental so you pay extra for these). Really good communication from the host.

We put the kids in the bedroom so we didn't have to go to bed so early we used the sofa bed - but it was pretty uncomfortable for a week's stay. Also, parking was a problem for us - the hotel car park was full and whilst there is a lot of parking on the street outside, the app wouldn't let us use a UK number or credit card - so it was a scramble to get change for the meter every day. Ended up using the Hotel Aquarius car park, which worked out fine

Jestem rozczarowany, niewyspany i poniosłem dodatkowe koszty związane z dostępem do WiFi.

Pokój jest duży.

W pokoju nie ma zasięgu WiFi. Gospodarz wiedząc o tym nie informuje w ofercie, za to po zgłoszeniu wady daje 5 % upustu! Niestety w pokoju słychać nawet spokojne rozmowy z za ściany. Lepiej nie trafić na sąsiadów z dziećmi lub imprezowych. Łóżko nie jest dwuosobowe, to tylko dwa osobne łóżka pojedyncze nawet nie złączone ze sobą na stałe. Odradzam Gospodarza, kontakt był miły do momentu, gdy wszystko było ok, później przestało być miło.

Pokój czysty, komfortowy, niczego nie brakowało. Dobra lokalizacja, szczególnie dla osób, które nie są mobilne, wszędzie blisko spacerkiem. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Szkoda że udogodnienia typu basen, siłownia nie są w cenie a dodatkowa opłata za basen 70zł od osoby za jedno wejście- najdrożej w porównaniu do basenów w innych hotelach.
