Good apartment with minor bugs

The apartment was clean and nice. We can watch films on Netflix and the location was about 10 minutes far from sea. Host was able to speak English well.

The door in bathroom didn't work well. It was impossible to close them and we have to use a rope to keep them closed. We called the host immediately 5 minutes after check in procedure to report this bug and he promised that a service worker will come and he fix it the same day or day after but no one contacted us and they probably forgot on us.

Nice place but if you want WiFi, forget it.

Very clean, very appealing, simple decor. Well equipped kitchen with everything we could have needed. Nice location near the sea. A bit of a walk to the port but very doable.

The WiFi is a disaster. I talked to the contact person who promised it would improve. It did not. It ranged from fast to absolutely nothing. It was incredibly frustrating when I tried to work or we tried to watch a movie. I had to go to either the cold ‘lobby’ area to work or a nearby hotel. This was a serious problem that was not resolved.

It wasn't bad, but my expectations with this price was much much higher.

Located in nice, moden building. Quiet, not so far from beach. This place was a bit a side of city center which was a very big advantage in pandemic time. Clean, very good towels :) WiFi worked as expected.

Value / price was not so good - by accident I booked apartment which was smaller than I saw on the pictures, but it was my bad. I had issues with shower - need to clean up pipes in order to makes water flow good. Broken kettle or 2 electric sockets makes me afraid when I were there with two small kids. No washing machine for this price was very unpleasant news. TV marked as "including cartoons" had only ground TV programs, no cable TV, so my kids wasn't happy from it.

Apartament w porządku, popracujcie nad obsługą.

Apartament ładny, jest w nim wszystko, co potrzebne, położony w dobrej lokalizacji.

Trudny kontakt z personelem, nie otrzymaliśmy od razu hasła do WIFI, a było nam potrzebne do pracy, dopiero po wielu próbach kontaktu otrzymaliśmy hasło po dwóch dniach. Osoba obsługująca apartament prosiła o kontakt 10 minut przed przyjazdem, daliśmy znać 20 minut wcześniej, a i tak czekaliśmy kolejne 20 minut, aż Pani przyszła. Kolejna sprawa to opłata za psa, 50 zł/dobę to spora przesada. Dwie rolki papieru to trochę za mało na tydzień dla trzech osób, przydałby się również ręcznik papierowy w kuchni.

Wyposażenie kuchni,wielkość apartamentu,bliskość do plaży.

Nie miła obsługa,Pani jakby obrażona że my przyjechaliśmy a ona musiała przyjść i czekać.Powinniśmy zostawić auto na parkingu płatnym przy ulicy i czekać pod klatką bo Pani nie może czekać na nas,nie posiada ani kluczy ani pilota za to posiada czytnik do kart przy sobie i ciężko było wejść i pobrać pilot z apartamentu aby otworzyć szlaban jak robili to z innych apartamentów widziałem. Kazano nam z drogi dzwonić później z pod szlabanu a w końcu i tak 15 min czekaliśmy aż w końcu kazano nam stanąć na parkingu przy ulicy i przyjść pod klatkę. Równoznacznie można było wysłać kody i samemu się obsłużyć jak to wcześniej na tej ulicy miałem z innych firm i nie było problemu. W opisie jest: Wszystkie apartamenty wyposażone są w 2 telewizory, jak się okazuje jednak nie. W każdym apartamencie mieści się aneks kuchenny z kuchenką mikrofalową a jak się okazuje nie ma kuchenki mikrofalowej. Jest szafa ale z niej nie skorzystasz bo jest zawalona sprzętami i poduszkami. bezpłatnym zestawem kosmetyków to w tym apartamencie jest 3 butelki mydła w płynie,wszystkie już używane i jeden z urwaną wylewką. Podsumowując : Brak 2go tv,brak kuchenki mikrofali,brak zestawu kosmetyków. Styczeń grzejniki powyłączane nikt nawet nie sprawdził,zimno jak na balkonie. Opłata za małego pieska 50 zł/dzień w opisie brak,lekka przesada. Wszędzie kurz jak by z miesiąc nie sprzątane ,w brodziku pleśń, pęknięta rama drzwi łazienkowych,niesprawny pochłaniacz. Internetu i dostępnych programów nie oceniam ponieważ miałem swój modem i swój dekoder tv. Ogólnie pierwszy raz spotkałem się z tak nie miłą obsługą,a byłem w różnych apartamentach i z różnych firm na tej ulicy.

Pobyt ogólnie udny.

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Jedyne czego mi brakowało to małej lampki nocnej, żeby nie trzeba było świecić górnego światła w pokojach. Apartament czyściutki, wyposażony we wszystko (prócz wspomnianej lampki), dobra lokalizacja. Miła ,dostępna i pomocna obsługa. Polecam.

Sąsiedzi - szczekający pies, pozostawiony sam w pokoju sąsiadującym ze mną, ale wiem, że to nie od Państwa zależało (nie wiecie kogo przyjmujecie do apartamentu).

Czysty apartament dla rodzin z dzieckiem, miły poczęstunek dla gości. W apartamencie dostępne wszystko co potrzebne do wypoczynku. Dodatkowym - bardzo miła i rzeczowa obsługa gości.
