Świetna lokalizacja, około 450 m do morza i głównego deptaku. Apartament bardzo ładny, przestronny, super wyposażony, (lodówka, pralka, zmywarka, ekspres przelewowy, telewizor, internet. Bardzo czyściutko, duży balkon, taras widokowy na dachu. Blisko dworzec. Serdecznie wszystkim polecam.
Brak rezerwacji miejsc parkingowych , przez co panuje zasada kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Jak już się miejsce uda złapać to najlepiej nie wyjeżdżą do końca wyjazdu. Wszędzie poza terenem parkingi miejskie ale płatne.

byliśmy w obiekcie w czasie Świąt Wielkanocnych 6 dni (chłodne dni), w apartamencie było zimno przez pierwsze 3 dni zanim kaloryfery nagrzały lokal .Wszystko inne było super.

Apartament położony w ładnej, zadbanej dzielnicy Kołobrzegu, wszędzie blisko spacerkiem. Budynek nowy z windą. Kuchnia wystarczająco wyposażona w akcesoria, duży balkon.
Fatalne łóżko w sypialni, głośno skrzypiące w trakcie każdego poruszenia. Do kompletu niewygodny materac falujący jak materac dmuchany. Na ten materac naciągnięto brązowe, elastyczne jak rajstopy prześcieradło nie dające poczucia czystości. Tania kabina prysznicowa z opadającą słuchawką, brak płynu pod prysznic, bardzo nisko zamontowane wieszaki na ręczniki przy umywalce.
