Cozy Luxe Home at the Heart of Old Prague Centre

Ottima posizione, nelle vicinanze del centro e a 100 metri dal Centro Commerciale Palladium, dove trovare supermercato alimentare. La casa era oggettivamente bella (mansardata ed all'apparenza ristrutturata di recente); era anche completa di tutte le dotazioni indicate nel sito ad eccezione dell'asciugacapelli (necessario per moglie e figlia con capelli lunghi...) che non ci è stato consegnato anche dopo nostra richiesta.

Il gestore/proprietario non si è dimostrato particolarmente interessato della nostra problematica relativa all'assenza dell'asciugacapelli. Abbiamo fatto notare subito l'assenza non appena arrivati nell'appartamento (sabato pomeriggio); ci è stato subito risposto che avevano avuto un problema con il precedente ospite e che avrebbero fornito l'asciugacapelli lunedì o martedì (noi avevamo il volo di ritorno il mercoledì....). Ad un mio sollecito effettuato lunedì per sapere quando avrebbero consegnato l'asciugacapelli non ho avuto alcun riscontro...... Ammetto che si è trattato di un piccolo inconveniente; spero per i futuri clienti della struttura che, soprattutto in caso di problematiche più importanti, il gestore/proprietario possa dimostrarsi più celere nella gestione....

The apartment has anything you'd need for a perfect stay. From pots and pans to olive oil, tin foil, razor, soap, ... The elevator is a bonus since it's on the top floor. Everything is super close by and good to get by foot .

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of the city center and the main train station (about 15 minutes on foot), with public transportation nearby. There were also several supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, and other services close by, making it very convenient. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, a separate bedroom, and a large living room with a sofa bed. It could easily accommodate four people. Access was very easy, with only two very short flights of stairs (one to reach the elevator and one after exiting it), and the building has an elevator. The host was very friendly, communicated clearly throughout the stay, and provided easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and using the apartment. Overall, a fantastic property that I would definitely stay at again and highly recommend.

The apartment has privacy blinds rather than blackout curtains, so light comes in quite early in the morning. This may be something to consider if you prefer a very dark room while sleeping. Luggage storage is only available until 2:00 PM. This is understandable given that it’s an apartment without a reception desk. The host will try to accommodate luggage storage depending on the next guests’ check-in time, but this cannot be guaranteed. (This is not the property’s fault, but the Booking AI tool suggested that luggage storage was available, which may create a different expectation) There are also several luggage storage facilities nearby with reasonable prices.

Very good location. Most of the attractions were walkable. Lot of good food options nearby. Public transport also very close. Superb facilities in the room.

Nothing really, but if I have to point out something, If you have heavy luggage, you need to climb 7/8 steps to lift. Also bathroom has no locking system.
