Ubicación inmejorable, en plena ciudad vieja. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, y está muy cerca del puente de Carlos y muchas tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados.

The flat is spacious, well equipped and located. We really appreciate the space and the facilities.

Nothing we could think of

The apartment is spacious, modern, and newly refurbished. The location is also great because it’s walking distance from the city sights.

The apartment was not cleaned well - the bins still had trash left behind by previous guests. The plates and cutlery in the apartment had bits of food sticking to it. The apartment doesn’t have some basic things like salt, oil, dishwasher tablets (even though there is a dishwasher) or shower gel. I wish these were included - and not just coffee/tea. Additionally, checking in was not smooth for us. Apparently, when you indicate the time you expect to check in (let’s say 15:00) and you indicate 15:00 - 16:00 in the app, the room will only be ready by 16:00. So, you need to indicate 14:00 - 15:00 instead. I wish this was made transparent before we arrived, so that we could plan our day.
