Apartments At The Blue Duckling

Great location and host

This is a great location for the tourist, so it is noisy by drunken people at late night. The apartment has very good windows though. Because it is right in the old town, you can walk to the historic places and restaurants.

We've visited Prague 7 times and the Apartments At The Blue Duckling has had the best location out of any hotel or vacation rental. 5 night stay. It's the location to price ratio that will make this the first place we look to book on our next visit. They are pet friendly. There is a small elevator. In apartment 3B: the television is in need of repair or replacement (bad sections of display) and the curtains in the bedroom are not light blocking (at all). Typical 'Ikea-grade' furnishings and standard vacation rental remodel (circa 2017-2020?). Staying with a car: luggage drop-off in a marked pedestrian street is possible (relatively easy considering the location) and one of our preferred parking garages is about 10 min. on foot and costs about $30/day. We travel with our own bedding and mattress topper but the base bed-pillow setup is relatively spartan.

This was my second trip to Prague and both times, I stayed at the Apt at the Blue Duckling. Perfect location only 3 minutes from the Old Square, yet, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing, 6 night stay. The host, Jonas, was very communicative prior too, and during the stay. Check In was easy and the apartment was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on our next trip!!!!!!!
