About this apartment rental
The apartment's design makes you feel as at home. The colorful, large space of the apartment offers a real comfort for single travelers or big groups. Once you step out of the apartment, you are in the center! Enjoy all this in ONE. All guests can use a washing machine, iron, a full equipped private kitchen; dishes, pots, glasses, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, tea, coffee and much more. Linen and towels are included the price. We also provide a crib, toys, wc seat and a high chair for free, for guests with children.The partment is right in the center, but still in a quiet area and very near to all important sights such as; Powder Gate, Old Town Square, Wencelas Square, Charles Bridge, National Museum etc. The apartment is also surrounded by shopping areas such as Palladium, Bila Labut., Farm market and many more. The bus stop Florenc is ca. 6 minutes walk, a train station Masarykovo nadrazi is ca. 3 minutes walk and Hlavni nadrazi is ca. 10minutes walk. Just a perfect place for your enjoyable stay.

Nous sommes satisfaites et ravies de notre réservation au 15 Zlatnickà. . A un quart-d'heure à peine de la Place de la Vieille-Ville. A quelques minutes du grand centre Commercial palladium. Quartier calme. A 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Florenc. Je recommande.

The property location is close to old town square (walking about 10 min). But during our stay, both my wife and my friend’s wife twisted their ankles at the very last step of the stairs. It did affect our whole trip! My wife didn’t suffer great pain, but our friend’s wife did! The very first day we got in, the steps climbing up to the 3rd floor (basically an attic) was almost completely dark as there was no motion sensor lights. Each floor has about 24 steps, so three floors meant we had to take our luggages to over 70 steps! We later found that there is light switch at the ground floor in the wall! You need to turn it on in order to light the stairs! The apartment has enough rooms and enough spaces for 8 people. But for people like us who are over 60 years old, I do not recommend staying in this apartment. Also, the only windows in the apartment are all sky lights! Meaning you won’t be able to see the streets. You also are required to close the windows before you leave the apartment to avoid rain damaging the apartment! Because of that air is kind of stale. They do have a portable A/C unit. But the weather was cool and chilly during our stay in mid-May. Don’t know whether that A/C unit will be able to cool down the whole apartment in hot weather like in June, July or August!
