Gostei de absolutamente tudo! O apartamento é muito prático e muito confortável. Instalações novas e percebe-se carinho e cuidado em cada detalhe. Localização excelente, com acesso a vários comércios por perto. Estação de metrô perto. Tudo de bom. Indicarei a todos amigos que irem a Paris

So easy and straight forward, so clean and nice area

The owner asked me to take out the garbage and clean the dishes but this is booking no Airbnb, so the cleaning service must be included in the price. I feel disappointed about it.

Modern ingericht appartement, zelfs speelgoed is voorzien. Propere wijk.

We found the apartment exactly as described: two bedrooms plus a living room. The clothes and linens were clean, and the entire place was tidy. Our kids were delighted to discover a few toys to play with, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed—nothing essential was missing. The location is convenient: about a 10-minute walk to the metro/RER, 2–3 minutes to the bus, and plenty of nearby shops, a 24/7 store, bakeries, and restaurants. The neighborhood also felt safe; we didn’t encounter anything concerning. The children’s room has two beds—one bunk bed and one standard bed. Note that the lower bunk mattress sits directly on the floor, which can feel quite cold during the colder months. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed—nothing essential was missing.

the unit is on the ground floor and since we arrived at the end of October, it would have been nice if the apartment had been pre-heated—the floors were quite cold. (-0.5 points for this), Disposable indoor slippers would also be a thoughtful addition, especially for the first evening, we preferred not to wear outdoor shoes inside.(-0.5 points for this) Overall, though, it was a clean, well-located stay with many practical touches.
