Lots of space, nice and bright, and felt very secure. Responsive and helpful host when internet went down. Responded almost instantly and resolved problem within 10 minutes. Roof terrace (not mentioned by host, but informed by friendly neighbours) allowed fantastic views of the Bastille day fireworks
Could do with an extra key Noisy at night time due to busy workplace opposite (this would likely not be an issue when it isn’t so hot due to the double glazing and shutters) Could do with more crockery and cutlery for a 6 person stay. A couple of mobile fans may be beneficial for when it’s super hot (again, more a reflection of the weather than the property itself) . Pillows were quite flat and needed folding over for comfort

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, spazioso, luminoso , bel balcone, zona tranquilla. Metro a 700 metri
Per 5 persone c’erano 4 sedie in soggiorno e 4 tazze ,detergenti lavatrice quasi nulli, lenzuola letti singoli sporchi ( dovuti lavare col poco detersivo presente), carta casa assente e poca carta igienica.

There was a bit dust on the floor and furniture and also limescale on taps/sinks but per general was ok

Muy espacio. Hemos viajado entre amigos y nos ha resultado súper cómodo. Hay dos WCs, que no es muy común en Paris. La comunicación con el dueño fue muy ágil. La relación calidad-precio es imbatible.
La ubicación no es muy céntrica.
