Wasting of money and time . Nothing was how we expected.on the photo is something but realty is rubbish house. They are trying to rip you off how ever.
The house is full of rubbish dirty floors! Mattresses are not for Human. If you really don’t want waste your money and your holiday don’t book this property. This hosts are very rude and they get and hold your deposit and make excuses to not pay you back your money!

The best experience ever :)
This was by far the best experience and holiday home I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything had been designed with luxury and comfort in mind. The entire mansion was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-maintained. There was plenty of parking available, which made things super convenient for our group. The house had every amenity you could ask for — from the spacious layout to the fully equipped kitchen and entertainment spaces, everything was top-notch. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and definitely a highlight — the whole family loved relaxing in it after long days. With 5 bathrooms, we never had to wait or worry about space, which was perfect for our large group. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and supportive throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Honestly, it was well worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough — we’re already thinking about when we can return!

Large property would of been lovely if it was exactly how the photos look and the hosts are quick replying when they wanted damage deposit now I can’t get a reply at all
Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing and Poor Conditions We originally paid £441 to book this property, only to find out there was an additional £149 charge for using the hot tub — for just one night — which was placed directly on grass with no decking, and was not clearly disclosed upfront. It felt misleading, especially since this charge appeared only after booking. A day before our arrival, I noticed in small print there was also a £300 damage deposit required. This was not highlighted clearly at the time of booking and felt buried in the listing details. Upon arrival, the property was in a poor state: A dirty black bag from previous guests and broken bikes were left outside. The garden was full of rubbish bags, creating a horrendous smell, especially when opening the patio doors. The outdoor electric box was exposed — a real safety hazard with children around. Ripped up decking and piles of sharp rubbish were accessible to everyone, including kids — again, extremely unsafe. Cleanliness inside the property was also unacceptable: Hair in plugholes, dirty showers, stained sofas, and filthy skirting boards. Dust-covered blinds throughout and a broken curtain pole (which we were wrongly blamed for, thankfully I had photo evidence). Cutlery and fridge were dirty; mirrors smeared; only one toilet flushed properly; all showers ran cold. The pool table had a rip in it, and again we were held responsible without proof. While the property itself has potential, it clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in some time. It appears the hosts are doing the bare minimum and relying on misleading photos and hidden fees. In total, we paid £741 for one night — without using the hot tub — and feel completely overcharged and let down. The final insult was losing our £300 damage deposit, despite taking photos on arrival to document the already poor condition of the property.
