Beautiful quiet apartment! Air conditioning in all rooms a must in summer! Clean and lovely bathroom. Quiet building with lots of restaurants close by. The proximity to Termini is fantastic to avoid cabs with small children and luggage. Host communication was also prompt.
No toaster and no iron, these two would have come in handy as we are a family with small children travelling a long way, an iron would be helpful but not essential. But we made do with alternatives.

So nah am Bahnhof, dass man auch mit großem Gepäck schnell in dieser sehr großzügigen und top ausgestatteten Wohnung ist. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
