Tres habitacions independents amb 2 lavabos complets, un dins d’una de les habitacions. Disposa de sabó de dutxa, una tovallola de dutxa i una altra de lavabo per cada hoste, a part d’unes espardenyes per estar per l’apartament ben còmode. També hi ha una terrassa amb una taula i cadires disponible per fer àpats a l’aire lliure. Molt a prop de Términi, ben connectat amb el transport públic. També ens han deixat unes pastes i begudes per esmorzar, cuina equipada.
Llits una mica petits, l’aigua de la dutxa no sortia molt calenta, però el suficient per dutxar-te.

Lucia è stata estremamente gentile e generosa e l'appartamento è molto accogliente e dotato, tuttavia necessita di ristrutturazione dei bagni (disponibilità di acqua calda, sistemazione degli scarichi ecc.) ed è molto freddo negli spazi comuni.

Es céntrico y cerca a estación de Termini. El apartamento es amplio y espacioso. Nos dejaron un detalle al llegar de un panetón y también habían artículos de aseo.
Hacía mucho y la calefacción hacía mucho ruido por ser muy antigua. La puerta de un baño no cerraba bien y la ducha bastante pequeña y no siempre salía agua caliente, sólo tibia y al ser invierno nos daba un poco de frío.
