l'accueil de l'hôte, sa disponibilité. La clim de l'appartement Le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages le dernier jour après l'heure de chech out. Les fruits et nourriture lorsqu'on est arrivé en plus de l'eau et jus d'orange au frigo.
L'emplacement de l'appartement dans le quartier d'arrière gare. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, donc laisser les volets ouverts est un pb. Le bruit de la rue pendant la nuit, prevoir des bouchons pour ceux qui sont sensible au bruit.
