This 27sqm apartment comprises the following rooms:
- Entrance with cupboards
- Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, raclette, fondue, Nespresso, etc.) opening onto the living area
- Living room with dining area (4pax), sofa, reading area and access to the balcony to take full advantage of the view of Mt Blanc (dining area 3pax)
- Sleeping area with double bed (140cm) and TV. Possibility of isolating from the living room by closing the two sliding doors.
A parking space (unallocated) in the residence's private parking lot completes this property.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
