About this apartment rental

Its central location is ideal for enjoying life in Chamonix, with its shops and restaurants, but also for exploring the valley and the region thanks to its close proximity to public transport and connections to the GVA airport. It boasts well-appointed spaces, a bathroom with bath and a balcony with a view. You'll appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen, the quality of the double bed and the parking available. Welcome home!
This 27sqm flat on the 5th and top floor (6th floor US) comprises the following rooms:
- Entrance hall with storage
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, raclette, fondue, Nespresso, etc.) open to the living room
- Living room with dining area (4pax), BZ sofa bed (120x190) and access to the balcony to take full advantage of the view of Mt Blanc.
- Sleeping area with queen-size bed (140cm) and TV. The two sliding doors provide privacy from the living room.
A parking space in the residence's private car park completes this property.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

To discover the rest of the region by car, you'll need to allow 30/40 minutes for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.
