Collected from lock box at central office. Would be nice if you could collect without having to walk to central office.
Provided box of dish soap/cleaner/toilet paper was good.
Location was good to reach bus to get to lift.
Not great to have to pay extra for linens/towels.
The curtains need to be re-hung. The pillows need to be replaced (very flat) and washed.
There was a lot of street noise.

The location of the apartment is great and just in front of the bus station. Supermarket and laundry is within a short walk.
The location to collect the key was quite a distance from the apartment. A bit hassle with big luggages. It is better to arrange to a nearer or staff on stand-by.
The apartment is a bit dusty. The balcony and room bed is full of dust.
