We love the area and we would surely be back like before, but not in this apartment.

Nice view Mont Blanc, proximity to lifts and buses.

Arriving Sunday evening, we had to pick up the keys from the main office - very difficult to get to by car! We were told to bring sheets for the beds, but did not expect the apartment not to have anything at all, no soap, no garbage bags, nothing.

Qualité et service décevant pour le prix payé

Le plus gros point positif de ce logement est sa localisation, au pied de la gare routière. Donc facile pour accéder aux pistes de ski, quand on n'est pas véhiculé. Le studio est bien équipé. Il a tous les ustensiles dont on a besoin pour cuisiner.

1) Le prix, pas donné, n'inclut pas la mise à disposition du linge de lit (drap, housse de couette et taie d'oreiller) et serviettes. Pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, en utilisant 2 lits, nous avons payé 60€ en plus. 2) Le ligne de maison et serviettes n'étaient pas disponible dans l'appartement. Ils ont été déposé plus tard, le jour de l'arrivée. 2) Les clés doivent être récupérer à 15mns à pied de la résidence. Cela n'est pas pratique quand on est chargé avec les valises et après un voyage de 5h. 4) Attention, l'appartement est un peu petit et convient pour des courts séjours (maximum 1 semaine) pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. 5) Le logement en lui même nécessite quelques travaux: la réfection des joints dans la cuisine, le changement de l'ampoule cassée au dessus de la plaque électrique, la réparation de la prise murale au dessus du réfrigérateur qui a un trou juste au dessus de la prise. 6) Tous les jours, pendant notre séjour, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude dans l'immeuble à partir de 19h (confirmé avec les voisins). Il faut attendre le lendemain pour se doucher ou alors se doucher dès le retour du ski 7) les parois de la baignoire n'étaient pas nettoyées, quand on frottait avec un doigt, il y a de la crasse noire et grasse qui restait collé à la parois. Il a fallu utiliser une éponge pour bien gratter. Il y avait aussi, le dessus du protège matelas du grand lit qui avait des cheveux, des miettes de pain...
