THE POOL
Our pool is a one-of-a-king and first for the area - your very own cowboy pool! It is 8x8 and 2 feet deep making it perfect to kids to play in or adults to relax in after a sun-filled day.

★Bed # 4 - Queen sleeper sofa w/memory foam gel mattress on 2nd level
HOUSE DETAILS:
★1st Floor Family Room w/65in SMART TV
★Large, open fully stocked kitchen (2nd floor) + Charcoal Grill
★3 Private decks overlooking the private pool + ocean
★Fully stocked laundry room
GETTING AROUND:
Close to downtown Port St. Joe (11.2 miles) and Cape San Blas (25 miles).
Walk to local restaurants, hangouts and the grocery store

- Several local food trucks Tex's Kitchen, Pizza, etc.
We provide a ton of beach necessities - beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys. BYO fishing poles, floats, etc.
PETS
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws.
We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.
PARKING:
2-3 mid size vehicles max - parking is permitted directly in front of house in the driveway
No trailers or campers may be parked onsite
No street parking
THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).
*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.
The entire house is yours!
You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
The home has 1 ring camera - at the front door and the device is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:
Must sign rental agreement.
Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.
This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

This rental is gorgeous and you can't beat having your toes in the sand in less than 2 minutes! Location is fantastic, both to the beach and many local shops and restaurants. Katie was great to work with and unlike some rentals there was very little to do at checkout. My girls loved having their own bunk bed "clubhouse" and the little pool on days they got tired of the ocean. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (age 12, 14, 15) and had plenty of room and more. Bonuses-- plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo/conditioner. Plus lots of beach supplies and towels are provided so those were things we didn't have to pack ourselves. I wish the view was a little better but Mexico Beach is building itself back up rapidly and new places pop up all over the place. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future!

It was satisfying with all of our needs. Very pretty home. I should have paid more attention with rooms with stairs. Plus the work to the beach was not fun . Packing all chairs tents bags etc. The water easnt as clear as i would have liked it to be. Over all we had a good time

We had the absolute best time! The home was beautifully decorated and cozy. The cowboy pool was a hit with the littles. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but the provided wagon made it super easy to carry things. Also, loved the fact they supplied beach equipment (that is always a hassel to try and pack in a car). We enjoyed every minute!!!
