Welcome to “Beach Daze” a stunning canal-front 4BR/2.5BA beach home with private boat dock, pool, hot tub, and peekaboo Gulf views. This unique home in Mexico Beach, Florida has all that you will need for your vacation to the beach. Bring your boat and dock it in the canal that connects to your backdoor! Enjoy the sunset from the Master Bedroom balcony, or walk over to the white sandy beaches! You will love the coastal decor and modern, stylish look this house has throughout! Come relax on the beach and enjoy a stress-free getaway!
This house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a garage. You have an ocean view from the front of the house including the balcony from the 2nd floor and a window view from the 3rd floor. In the back, you have an overlook of the pool and canal from the back porch, 2nd-floor balcony, and 3rd-floor windows. The third floor has a queen over queen and a twin over twin bunk beds, then you have 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. The bottom floor is your living space, dining room, and kitchen.
Everything is accessible except for the owner's storage closet.
There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway.
Boat docking at the home. After launching your boat at the Mexico beach boat ramp, it can then be taken to the home's boat dock. Boat trailer can be parked at the boat ramp. No boat trailer parking at the home.
This property can be booked with "Seaworthy" which is a 2 bedroom condo that easily sleeps 6 and includes a boat slip with a lift. This condo is about a 1/2 mile from Beach Daze. Please check availability and reach out with questions.

Bedroom 3: TV, Queen Bed and a balcony with Gulf view (peek-a-book, pictured)
Bedroom 4: 3rd floor, queen over queen and a single over single bunk beds, TV, view of canal and pool.
A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

We had a great time for our short stay. The best part was being able to dock the boat and go! The nearby pool was also a nice amenity. Parking is limited and it is hard for larger vehicles and trucks to park but it is feasible.

We have come to scallop the past six years in Port St. Joe. This stay was by far the best! The ability to leave the boat in the water was a game changer for us! We plan to book again in the following years!

The property was so nice, clean, exactly what we needed. We had planned this trip with my mom over a year ago, and we lost her in June very suddenly, and my family decided to honor her memory by still coming to the beach she loved so much. Upon arrival, Kam had left us tulips and a sweat note. Made our trip.

Very nice townhome. The living area and kitchen were wonderful. We were very disappointed to find one unkept bedroom with bloddy tissue, dirty chewing tobacco or moldy cup under bed and broken eyeglasses left behind. The grounds needed repair and maintenance on the walkway. The hot tub was warm and working, but had a very low water level which made us doubt proper maintenance and chemicals. Therefore, we were not comfortable using it. Lots of potential after some TLC. Kam, the property manager was great!
