Beach Cabana

Great location. I liked that it was a quick walk over to the beach. Overall a cute house.

Parking was a joke- didn’t get to enjoy the game room due to having to park in the garage. The house can hold more ppl that 2 cars can so extra parking should be provided. Lots of cleanliness opportunities. -Guest bathroom has mold in tub and excessive mold on shower head. -living room couch is extremely dirty. We used the kitchen chairs when we hung out in the living space. -advertised with 7 beds. The 7th bed was a dirty mattress in the closet floor. If we would have needed it I don’t know where it would have fit or where the blankets were for it. -lots of issues with getting the TVs on and find remotes/batteries.

Location to the beach. Fast response from owner. Lots of room.

The stairs. I stumbled once . My son in law twice. Two granddaughters once. The landings at top of stairs to make turns were awkward . Maybe a caution sign might help. I got bruised up and sore, my son in law was sore. The granddaughters were perfectly fine. I know they were probably designed that way to fit the unit but you have to go real slow and hold on to the railing . Otherwise everything else was great!! The parking for extra cars was aggravating but we managed . The lots all said no overnight parking .

Parking limitations, toiletries not provided (hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner), blinds on front and back door broken, 2 TVs not working and missing remote for other TV

Spacious. Near the beach. Pool and hot tub area was large and clean. Gas grill was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Owner contact was easy. Plenty of towels, supplies, games and beach equipment. Close to good restaurants. Close to Sunset Park with beach access.

Entire downstairs area needs cleaned, painted and updated. Furniture is old and worn out. Dining chair seats are ripped, sofa is dirty, stained & fabric severely piled & worn. Put a sheet on sofa so we didn't have to touch fabric. K-cup machine didn't work. Sinks & tub drain slow. Tub is moldy. No TV remotes. Barely a sliver of a gulf view. Much more than 600 steps to beach. Canal is nasty. Deck furniture is old, broken and a hazard. Space for 1 vehicle outside, had to move games to park in garage. 2 1/2 baths not 3. Even though ready we were told we couldn't enter or unload in driveway even 1 minute before 4pm. Description & photos should be updated to represent true accommodations.
