“Our stay was very pleasant. The house is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was wonderfully close, which allowed everyone in the family to go at their own pace. The beach was beautifully white and peaceful.”
“The house could use some maintenance here and there. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, although the mattress we slept on was fine. The parasols were great but also due for replacement. And four beach chairs are too few. That said, with a bit of creativity this hardly bothered us.”

We enjoyed the place. The location was perfect for us to access everything we desired. The cabana was immaculately clean and everything was in order. There were plenty of beach towels, and the host supplied everything you could imagine for a trip to the beach; including a large beach wagon.
Parking. This place resides 12 people but only provides 1.5 parking spaces. The half being the garage which both fortunately/unfortunately is loaded with a menagerie of fun and useful stuff.

Spacious. Near the beach. Pool and hot tub area was large and clean. Gas grill was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Owner contact was easy. Plenty of towels, supplies, games and beach equipment. Close to good restaurants. Close to Sunset Park with beach access.
Entire downstairs area needs cleaned, painted and updated. Furniture is old and worn out. Dining chair seats are ripped, sofa is dirty, stained & fabric severely piled & worn. Put a sheet on sofa so we didn't have to touch fabric. K-cup machine didn't work. Sinks & tub drain slow. Tub is moldy. No TV remotes. Barely a sliver of a gulf view. Much more than 600 steps to beach. Canal is nasty. Deck furniture is old, broken and a hazard. Space for 1 vehicle outside, had to move games to park in garage. 2 1/2 baths not 3. Even though ready we were told we couldn't enter or unload in driveway even 1 minute before 4pm. Description & photos should be updated to represent true accommodations.
