About this house rental
Good Day Sunshine is a unique and artful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome which has been completely refinished from head to toe. It’s a corner unit making it available to perks the others do not have. Located just across the street from Mango Marley’s, a local family restaurant and bar, it’s a perfect place to take advantage of the beach during the day and catch a game on TV, a meal and drinks at night. More importantly to most, Good Day Sunshine is on the beachside of Highway 98 and is a very short walk to the beach and has fabulous views from the decks.
Not only is the location fantastic, there is not a detail left out of the layout and décor. There is custom artwork and murals painted inside and out of this townhome. It’s as though you are vacationing in an art gallery. Not only is the artwork to marveled over, the custom-built bar on the ground level is a true one of a kind. With a pool table, a separate card table and the bar on the ground floor entertaining will be easy for you and your guests. As if the beach and the indoor entertainment isn’t enough, there is a fenced in patio deck with swim spa perfect for an afternoon soak while sipping on a cocktail. The beach views from the swim spa are something to marvel over as well.
We recognize most travelers visit Mexico Beach for its white sand shores and crystal-clear water. There are unobstructed views of both from the beachside decks on each level. With just a short walk, and no other streets to cross, access to the beautiful beach is a breeze. Take your chair and fishing pole and be prepared to sit for a while.

This was a great location. Beautiful place. View of ocean is now partially obstructed but I'm so glad to see all the construction and community coming back to life.

This is a great location in beautiful Mexico Beach. However, we had a negative experience with the property management company. We promptly reported that the swim/spa feature did not work, but it was never fixed (and we never saw anyone even trying to fix it). Maintenance issues happen. However, there was no proactive offer of a partial refund, and the property management company has failed to return our call since we checked out. I couldn't imagine returning to this property as long as it is managed by its current property management company. That's a shame because it is a nice place, and we have been to Mexico Beach many times.
