About this house rental
This pristine 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is the perfect setting for a relaxing family beach getaway. Ideally located on the gulf side of Highway 98, it's just a short walk to the shoreline. With 1,800 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, the home provides plenty of room for everyone to unwind.
The main level features an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen—ideal for gathering and entertaining. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king-sized bed and a full private bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and its own full bath. The lower level adds even more room to spread out, featuring an additional living area and a third bedroom furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Two chairs in the main living area also convert into twin-size sleepers for extra guests.
Each bedroom is equipped with a television that supports streaming apps for personalized entertainment. With ample space, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location within walking distance of Crazy Beach Pizza, Caribbean Coffee, and local shops, this home provides everything you need for the perfect beach vacation.
Big Country Beach House is a non-smoking home and does not allow pets.
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

House was very comfortable, nice and clean. Something was wrong with the upstairs freezer. Maintenance wanted to switch the downstairs refrigerator with the upstairs refrigerator. We just asked that they wait until we left. The house is an easy walk to the beach and great space for rinsing off behind the house. There is a Kuerig and a tiny drip coffee pot. If I had any recommendations for this owner it would be a full size coffee pot. We had only 2 coffee drinkers in the house and we had to make coffee at least twice each morning. Overall, this is a great house and we had a wonderful time.

NEW townhome with great decor and LOTS of space! King bed upstairs, queen bed upstairs each with private bath. Middle floor has powder room and FULL kitchen and lots of space for tv viewing. Bottom level has a small but full kitchen, man cave, two queen bunks and a bath. This place is wonderful!!!
