- 2 queen bedrooms
- 2 Twin XL bedrooms with 2 beds in each
- Queen pullout in rec room couch
- All white comfortable bedding cleaned thoroughly on every flip, so you know it's clean.
Each bedroom has a remote controlled fan, black out shades, a closet with extra linens and pillows, and extra blankets!

There are 2 identical bathrooms. Each bathroom is designed for optimal comfort with tons of space and amenities.

- Brand new 2025 22' 10 person 90 HP bennington pontoon is available for rent; we only rent to our guests, so it's always available for your stay!
- Up to 4 stand up paddle boards are rentable too!

- We have a stackable smart washer/dryer combo unit available for use. We provide scent free laundry detergent as well as other laundry items as well to use.
