The Sunrise House is part of the Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed directly by the owner rather than the development, which gives you a more personal, specialized, and overall better experience!
The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring next door, and the most beautiful, unobstructed views of the Sunrise!
Ski Hut, Burnett Dairy, and Spirit Mountain Ski Resort are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks.
This Premier Sunrise house is at the heart of Duluth's outdoor access to adventure. Take advantage of a variety of activities available from this convenient and scenic location. One of the most beautiful, well maintained and supplied VRBO’s, I have ever rented! Melissa was amazing! She was responsive and answered all questions that I had! My family had an amazing time! We hope to one day rent this house again.
