My son and daughter, and their children, ages 9, 11, 13, and 16 all had a great time at this VRBO for 5 days. There was space for everyone to be together, and space for them to do things separately or in separate groups. It is ideal for a large group. The appliances and furnishings are of high quality and we had no issues with anything.

This is a great space for a large group. the kitchen is well set up and the open floor plan in the main gathering area is beautiful and comfortable. We slept 8 here easily. The only thing to be aware of, is that most bedrooms are on the third floor and the main area is on the second floor. So if steps are an issue, this is not the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was well stocked with kitchen items and made our day of cooking and dinner easy! The lower level was a bit chilly, and maybe that’s because we couldn’t fully figure out the thermostat. But having the wall fireplace was perfect!

This is a super cute place ment to host a large group. Close to everything we wanted to do ( within 15 minutes) Our group enjoyed staying here. Communication was fantastic as this seems to still be under construction with small things needing completed (i.e trim finishing, frig water/ice system installed, painting, furniture on back order, closet shelf's put up, towel rack secured and general construction clean up in the house) will be amazing once the property is completely finished. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay again with future visits.
