About this apartment rental
One bedroom apartment immediately available for rent in La Carihuela (Torremolinos), on the Costa Del Sol (Malaga). This apartment is only a 3 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute drive from Malaga International Airport, less than 1 mile to Torremolinos city centre (San Miguel promenade), and a short walk to La Carihuela promenade and the yacht-port Benalmadena Puerto Marina. Amazing location! Great value for money!
The Apartment
Ideally located in a gated building with communal pool and gardens, this 42m2 one bedroom apartment is fully furnished and has a fitted kitchen, a very comfortable living room including a brand-new three-seater sofa bed (135 cms), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cms each), a bathroom, two built in wardrobes and private terrace fitted with sun loungers with table and chairs to make the most of the Spanish lunch followed by a siesta. Ideally it can accommodate up to three adults or a family with up to two children. It has all mods and cons including fresh linen, bedding and towels provided for your stay, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV, all kitchen appliances including electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Pizza maker is provided to replace the oven which does not work. Old-style furnitures.

The apartment is ideally located to explore the beautiful beaches and many theme parks and exciting activities available on the Costa del Sol. On the doorstep are loads of shops, restaurants and bars so you will have your choice of cuisine. It is only a 3 minute walk from La Carihuela promenade and the beach and a 5 minute walk from the yacht-port Benalmadena Puerto Marina which offers additional shops, bars, bus stops and taxi ranks, restaurants and an array of boat trips to explore the Mediterranean. Great apartment with pool in a lovely area, Montemar. The only point is the garden furniture and grass in the terrace area could do with renewing, other than that a lovely 1 bedroom apartment
