Erisa II

We love the Erisa II having stayed there on a few occasions before. We love the location and pool area.

It needs a little bit of TLC. Some minor repairs

The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to shops and bars as well as the beach. The apartment is well equipped and we wanted for nothing, although we only had breakfast and bought our other meals out. The only sad thing about our holiday was the weather.

The beds were a bit hard, and the pillows were foam ones, which I didn't find comfortable, but I found another pillow in one of the cupboards.

Location and plenty of space

No wifi

Location was perfect ... Best part of the apartment was the location and the little balcony which overlooked the pool .

Communication with the host was awful .We arrived at the apartment complex and there was no one there to meet us with the keys . After nearly an hour and a couple of phone calls and text messages we eventually got the keys . Apartment is very old and dated ...it was fairly clean but badly needs updating ...spent most of our time out on the balcony . Price was good but unfortunately was reflected in the furniture and decor ....it was just ok but we would not stay again . Paid for the apartment with my revolut card on Tuesday and was charged again on Thursday ...contacted them immediately and was assured my money would be returned however after 8 days I still had nt received my money . I rang several times and I wasn't answered ...I left voice note and received a text message to tell me to send my bank details again ...did this and heard nothing again . Rang and sent text message and got a rude text message back to tell me I could ring 20 times a day and it would make no difference as they were only reception ...told me I had to show a little patience as it was accounts that was dealing with my refund . I thought I had been very patient after waiting 8 days and I told them this ....within an hour my refund was on the way and I received it the next day . I thought it was a very unprofessional approach ...it was their mistake not mine ....however when the host eventually brought the keys she apologized about the double payment .
