Nice very clean fresh comfortable apartment in an great location
Sofa could be a little more comfortable but it did not matter because we spent all our time sitting out on the spacious balcony

For the 3rd year, still happy with this apartment. Comparing to last year the sofa has been replaced for a more comfortabel one. Great location, good outside furniture, quite building.
The apartment remains in good condition
There were some issues with the water supply, which was very uncomfortable especially outside office hours.
How ever I have trust that they will fix it, as the building is well maintained and kept in good condition.
