Good Apartment in a Great Location

Great Location. Communication with Real Estate Management Team was very good before, during and after. There was only one set of linen/ towels I sent a WhatsApp to the team and fresh bedding was delivered same day. I never noticed before but it actually says in the handbook if you need linen just ask. Apartment is minimalistic which is to our taste. Think the mattress on the bed is fairly new and was very comfortable but agree with a previous review that it should have a mattress protector on. We only had breakfast in apartment so never used the kitchen area much. Open outlook from patio is lovely and garden/pool area well maintained. WiFi was very good.

I don't know how much of a say the Management Team has, and may possibly be out of their control, but I feel the outdoor table/chairs need replacing, also the sofa has seen better days. There is only one lounger but two in photos of the apartment. I texted asking for another lounger they did not have another lounger but they did bring round a beach chair the same day. Although not as good as a lounger it was better than nothing. Overall it is a good apartment in a Great Location with a few wee tweaks it could be a Great apartment in a Great Location!!

The location

Sofa in room you couldn't sit on, cushions with hairs and dirt from previous users. Dilapidated patio furniture. Broken window in bathroom and filthy shower tray. Mattress on bed stained from previous users and no protective sheet to cover it. Not even a dustpan and brush to sweep the floor! Emailed IVI but was totally ignored. No drawers in bedroom and a wardrope you couldn't use because of clutter.

I liked the location. Staff. Purity. Good bright two-room apartment with a swimming pool and a beautiful area for relaxation. Everything was wonderful.

Very good communication from the accommodation mamagement team. Good location for the sea front and local supermarket and shops. Room facilities were all very good and as described. For the price great value all around. Highly recommended.

As a solo traveller from the UK in December, it was just a home from home break for me. I didn't go out too much in the evenings, so I feel that it would benefit from a better variety of UK TV channels.

Area is lovely but dangerous

The sofa-bed in an apartment was terrible, has to be replaced. I would suggest to leave a warning to the next tenants about high level of theft in that area and keep the doors locked all the time. It was our first holiday in Malaga... It was fully our fault. We left terrace door opened and were robed on last day, sorry night, between 2-6 am. Two smartphones, tablet, handbag, wallet with all cards and money etc. just gone. We went to Adrian and inform him, but did not get any help. I sent a message to booking.com and to the agency, when we get back home, I think they have to inform the police. But nobody contact us yet. THEY DON'T RESPECT THE TENANT AFTER SALES AT ALL. I still worry that my wallet could be found without money but with the cards somewhere in a street....
